Services, accessibility, and consent
Jinova provides migration and education services and related information. We may provide access to third-party products or services (such as education institutions, insurers, or government services) via links or referrals. You are responsible for obtaining access to the website and any related third-party fees (such as internet or phone charges) and for providing equipment needed to access the website.
By providing your contact details, you consent to Jinova contacting you by phone, email, or SMS about your enquiry and the services you request. We may share your details with affiliates or partners so they can respond to your enquiry or deliver services. You may receive promotional messages and can opt out at any time.

Outcomes depend on your circumstances and third-party decision makers and cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings, fees, and appointments
Consultation and service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before you confirm a booking. Payment terms and any cancellation or rescheduling rules will be provided at the time of booking or in your engagement agreement. Third-party fees (such as government charges or education provider fees) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Appointments are typically 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Please raise all questions during your appointment. If you need further assistance, you may need to book another appointment.
We aim to respond to feedback or complaints submitted through our website within 7 business days. We may not always be able to respond to calls or messages immediately due to service demand. Abusive or defamatory content may be addressed through available legal remedies.
Customer due diligence and payments
We may request identity verification and other information required by law or by third-party service providers. You agree to provide the required information to establish your identity and the purpose of the services requested.
You must ensure payments are made from an account you control or are authorized to use. By paying via credit or debit card, you confirm you are the authorized card holder or have the card holder's express consent.
Third-party services and refunds
We may provide links or referrals to third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or availability of third-party services and do not guarantee their performance.
If you purchase overseas student health cover (OSHC) or other insurance through a third party, refunds are governed by the insurer's terms. We are not responsible for initiating or completing any claim or refund request. The following is general guidance only:
- pro-rata refunds may be available if you paid but did not come to Australia;
- refunds may apply if an extension of stay is not granted by the Department of Home Affairs;
- refunds may apply if you must leave Australia for reasons beyond your control;
- refunds may apply if you are granted permanent residence;
- refunds may apply if you were not resident in Australia for 3 months or more on a valid student visa;
- refunds may apply if you provide proof of alternative OSHC covering the same period.
Refunds are typically calculated on a monthly or daily pro-rata basis, with a minimum refund of one month. A minimum cover period of three months may apply if cover is cancelled while in Australia, and no minimum cover period applies if cover is cancelled before arrival in Australia, subject to insurer rules.
